Q: What method of cleaning do you use?
A: Steam Extraction (truck mounted), the most effective method of removing soil from the carpet fiber. My anology has always been, it duplicates what your washer does but without the full soak. Soil is emulsified and rinsed from the fibers and extracted out to our truck. This leaves the carpet fiber free of soil attracting residues.
Q: What about drying time?
A: Roughly four to six hours depending on humidity. Carpets or furniture are only left damp. Yes you can walk on carpets (no shoes).
Q: Are your cleaning agents safe?
A: Absolutley safe for people and pets. The cleaning agents that are used are water based detergents, similar to what is used in your washer but milder. Therefore there is no lingering perfume odor. No solvents are used.
Q: How can I get my carpet to stay clean longer?
A: The fabric protector that was applied to your carpet in the carpet mill wears off over time. Once worn off your carpet absorbs stains and wet and dry soils easily. But the good news is this fabric protector can be replenished by us. See Dupont Teflon Fabric Protector.
